The 2012 season marks Coach Paramore's 22nd season as a head coach and his 12th year as head man for the Kaws. His previous head coaching stops were at Bluestem HS (1997-2000) and Canton-Galva HS (1990-1996). He also served as an assistant at Haven HS (1989) and Baldwin HS (1988). Coach Paramore played prep football at Hesston High School and collegiate football at Ottawa University.

Coach Paramore teaches Conditioning, Sports Conditioning and Freshman PE classes at Perry-Lecompton. He is also the Head Boys Track Coach.
